Our process in today’s world is considered “old school.” We talk on the phone with each client during policy set-up, renewal times, and often times throughout the year. We believe a knowing clients personally helps us serve them better. We also often physically set foot on clients properties prior to writing policies as we believe it helps us to better serve our clients.
