Our approach may be considered “old school” in today’s world, but we believe personal connections make all the difference. We take the time to speak with each client by phone during policy setup, at renewal, and often throughout the year because getting to know our clients helps us better understand their needs and provide the service they deserve. Whenever possible, we also visit clients’ properties before writing a policy, giving us firsthand insight that allows us to offer more thoughtful, personalized coverage and guidance.
